Reputation Title Track Bonus's

Not complaining here, so no closing Avarre, just wanted to see if anyone else had the same experience this weekend. I ended up taking advantage of the bonus weekend by maxing my Delver title, and during my multiple runs I noticed one in which every one of my 25 kill bonus's was the Boss Hunt. I got the Boss Hunt bonus 5 times in a row during 1 run. There were other weird runs, as well as those few that line up perfectly (getting rampage bonus right away then rank 2,3,4), but I was wondering if anybody else had odd runs like that as well.

Don't think there is a pattern. I have cleared entire zones and never gotten to rank 2 and on flipside hit rank 2 after 25 kills.

My guidie and I were delving this weekend. I started on a mere lvl 3 (then 4 & 5) and was happy to get the rank 2,3 and 4 WITH rampage hunt most of the time - plus the additional bonus points when hitting the 25 kills - no problems at all. My Guild mate was lvl 7 and kept getting Boss Hunt and +20 Armour bonuses - so maybe the higher level the less points bonuses are given??

During my many snowmen runs I had some good runs, and I more than once had "too much good luck" with 4-5 re-applications of the Rampage Bonus, often ending with r1 or 2.

still managed to get a few ranks up.

The Lake seemed to refuse to give me rampage bonus, but the secret for leveling up is to visit the shriners at 50 and 125, etc, if you don't get a level up - you almost always get the next level for bonus then. When I skipped into the Falls after killing everything in the Lake, I got rampage and level 4 almost all the time.

Found that saving the Lady of the Lake for the crazy boss bonus always got me that bonus. I'd just clear around her, and leave her be until the boss bonus came up. She's centrally located and so easy to get too from any point in the Lake if you've cleared out her bodyguard.

Yeah, i've had rampagers come up right before i killed a boss, i also had boss bonus

But i have gotten rampagers then died right away And i have gotten boss bonus when i killed all the bosses already.

I was vanquishing Dalada and I got a boss bonus when I was in eyesight of Molotov Rocktail. So I figured I'd kill him.

He took away my boss bonus in the first salvo.

When vanquishing I ignore the boss till the end, or when a hunt bonus comes up. That way hopefully i have rank 4 hunt up as well and will get the max amount of points from killing them.

Had wierd runs got 3 rampages ina row, which is annoying when you really dont need it after the first one

I usually get a +10 bonus when I hit the marks, this weekend was no different. I usually get the kill 10 things after I have just killed close to the last thing in the area...level 2/3/4 I get when I hit the LAST shrine before ending the area (and usually there is nothing within sight and I have cleared 90% of the area already ). Didnt see the boss bonus this weekend at all.

The worst is when you get a bonus while dead...

You get access to hunt rank 2 at 50 kills, 3 at 75, and 4 at 100.

That said, as long as you've at least got rank 2, I think once you have more than 110 kills you should wait until you have 150 until you start hitting shrines - the difference between getting 60 points for a shrine (100-149) and getting 100 (150+) if you don't get the hunt rank bump is greater than what you'd get for gaining one extra point per kill on the way up. So if we assume it's a 50% chance of getting points or a hunt rank up, you can expect to get more in total if you wait until you have 150.

I got a boss bounty after I had just killed a boss once. I laffed

one time i got r4 after 125 kills, and another time i got that stupid +20 armor almost every time. it's all luck.

yea whilst vanquishing Magnus Stones nearly every time i got the bounty that had +5 energy for every kill, was pretty useless :/ o well luck of the draw i guess.

While out with husband and a friend this weekend, we always seemed to get Timed Attack *after* we'd cleared a section of map of all foe. Boss Hunt? Never got it in a section where a boss was to be found..... (and we tried!)

Seems like I always get a boss bonus a.) just after I've killed one, or b.) whenever there's none anywhere around.

I have to disagree with this statement, as yesterday in Varajar Falls, I had 140 kills and was still rank1.

When you get an increase in rank, and when you get rampages and boss bonuses appears to be random to me.

Yeah, the +20 AL bonus is pretty much worthless to me since it's timed, it would be useful if it was a permanant bonus while in zone or until death, but as it is now = worthless. The random bonus generator must not take existing bonus' into account. I mean, I would have even preferred +60 or +80 points to getting boss hunt several times in the same run. Oh, and since it was Lair of Snowmen, there's only one boss.

I never really did well with boss bonus as I would get it after killing the boss, ore expire by the time I found the next one. I usually get rampage the most which helped me get about 2000 rep points in 5 mins. I was rank4 for points + rampage and I killed a whole mess of skale including their boss. By the time I added up all the rep points I had about 2000 of them.

Varajar Fells is where I did all my Norn rep point hunting. I usually get rank 3-4 by 150 kills and don't re-zone until about 325 kills.
