How awesome was this weekend for you?

Bored of Guild Wars I was... for weeks I went without... and then it came...
Hard Mode GWEN

That combined with the x2 rank points, it was probably the best weekend of gw ever imo. I managed to max my norn title track, farming HM outside Olafstead with the Path to Revelations quest active. Getting around 20,000 points per run I figured I could do this rather quickly to move on to the next rank. (Best run was 27,000 points. r4 bounty + rampage + Boss Bounty against 6 bosses = me very )

My faith has been restored in Anet (Although I will never forgive them for loot scaling )

So how was the weekend for the rest of you?

Yes it's great. My little monkie can have any armor she want's now. And since i no longer have more then one PVE character, "mandatory grinding" is pretty much done forever.

Well I figure if I care enough, which I don't, I can just do HM Dungeons and cash in the book a couple times. Saves a lot of grind time I think...

only got on my comp saturday from 12-3 so not very good as much as accomplishment but it was fun

This weekend made me realize that h/h totally suck at dungeons... It's like they think they'll get a bonus for walking on a trap and sitting there.

I was not feeling well and only logged in to quickly log out.
It's all good though. I got to lie in bed and watch really cheesy movies this weekend.

The best part was the buff to the handbooks and hard mode, which are here to stay. Didn't get much out of the double points, other than finally getting rank 5 norn on my ranger. Meh.

Great weekend, ranked up from R3 to R5 on the dwarven title track and got my bandana for my ranger to finish of my armour So Norn armour + Bandana =

I didn't really do much farming. I got my ranger the last 10k norn faction to rank 5 so that I could buy her armour. I also got my rit to around 18k norn faction. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying enough attention and she died (she was my survivor at 200k). But I found I don't really care. I care more about the fact that she will now always have some crappy unmaxable title that I can do nothing with.

So, all in all, it was a good weekend. I no longer have to be extra careful while playing my rit, and she's only 8k faction away from getting norn armour.

Didn't really bother.

Grind = sleep inducing boredom.

Done a few quests, got from R1 TO R3 Norn while doing them..thats about it.

Yeah it was good. I finally got my pally to lvl 30 after doing some PvP and such.

Oh, how was my weekend on GW, you say? Well, I handed in my hero book for some norn rep (I was only rank 2 or 3 in it) and I attempted the last mission a couple of times in HM, but failed misrably many times. Shitty hero monks wouldn't use heal party or LoD because we were "too far away" (I flagged them) even though when I clicked on LoD on their skill bars they would heal us.

Hero AI sucks.

I tried HM with a guildie who was echo chaining Firestorm. I didn't play that much this weekend.

He's now required to show me his build before we go out.

I did not get to play as much as I wished due to family obligations, but I racked up points incredibly fast any time I did.

I was also able to unload some materials gathering dust in storage. Trader prices were great, as everyone seemed to be getting fitted for new armor.

I was able to reach r6 norn for my warrior just by going through the game. No farming whatsoever.

So yeah, it was pretty rad.

Maxed the Delver title and got 108 Snowmen summoners in the proccess and proceeded to bomb guildies with them! Also got Rank 8 Vanguard with the buffed Hero bookness!

Yeah, it was great, but unfortunately not long enough. Cant we have a double rep week?

Just my bad that i had a load of real life stuff to do and didnt get to play much.

I had to work most of the weekend. Went from R5 to R7 Delver, but that's about it.

I did HM Slavers Exile, long story short, not worth it, you get 1 extra onyx gem.

Yeah real nice, lvl'ed my rit a bit. Oh you meant doing Gwen things? Don't have gwen.

Offtopic: Come on Anet double ss + lb points plz

The only thing I did was a bunch of snowmen HM runs with them as FC SH and later as LoD monk.
Got to R8 on both, I think.

Weekend was fun, several guildies maxed a reputation title track.

Wasted most of my time chatting in GH and later in LA, but that was also fun.
