Compete in Heroes' Ascent this weekend to earn double fame and double Balthazar faction. The fun starts at Noon Pacific (-7 GMT) on Friday, October 5 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific (-7 GMT) on Sunday, October 7.

This happened last last time too.

You have a responsibility to consider. I had a day off on Saturday so I could spend some serious time to AB 'cause I had nothing else going on, but then they called me in. I could've been irresponsible and taken a day off, made less money, but played a video game.

You could also play this video game during the double fame weekend and miss out on the SATs. There's really no need to complain when you do have an option. It's just that...one is a horrible choice, and the other is an obvious one.

There is (one hopes) a skill balance coming up. Izzy has gone quiet on his talk pages of late, which (again, one hopes) means that he has been doing some actual work.

My guess is thumpers are getting the shaft. Better take those hammers out for one last spin, rangers.

Eh, Thumpers have been around since Tombs, over 2 years ago. No matter how much they nerft them and RaO, expertise will still make thumpers viable.

They won't Tyrant. You see, a lot of noobs/inexperienced players play on double fame weekends. Thus, the good teams will roll them and make a lot of faction even easier. Also, the newer players who are good (ie, guys who just don't HA but do, say, GvG) will be able to get some rank. Bad players will still have a hard enough time beating the Zaishen.

Double Fame weekend yet again. I can understand that different people enjoy different weekends. But i havent enjoyed a weekend since the sneak peek weekend. I enjoy stupid ones like double faction toward your title, triple dye drop, consumable drops from monsters. So another lack luster weekend for me. Of course this comes from the guy that dislikes the boardwalk.
