Alliance Roster

one of the problems with an alliance is you can never know whos actually online from it. I suggest adding an alliance roster that will show whos actually online at any time and would help with coordinating events\farmings etc.... as well as making the alliance a more social place.

maybe you can make in the the Alliance tab of the Guild screen, a drop-down menu. Then the screen won't get full, and you can see whos online, away, "do not disturb", and offline clearly.

It'll be helpful knowing who's online in the Alliance rather than saying "Anyone there." in chat.

Either that, or raise the member limit for guilds. My alliance is one guild spread over 2 rosters, and growing all the time. It'd be really nice to see who's on without hollering over alliance chat.

there is already another thread about this , but nice idea , alliances should be about all the guilds , not just the lead guild

Only problem is, is that if leaves your guild and other guilds open to people from the Alliance stealing members by simply PMing them and asking them if they want to join.

If that's a problem for you then you really need to think twice about the guilds you've chosen to ally with.

If guild members want to leave, then the lack of an alliance roster really won't stop them... This is a good idea. Not only that, but it would be no more complicated than the guild roster.
