From what I have read, Dervish are mostly for PvE with AOE attacks. Is this correct since I am planning on getting Nightfall and wanted a Dervish most for PvP but good at PvE too.
The Dervish is good in PvP, they get Mel which makes them unspikeable, unblindable and lets them spam Eviscerate on a 6s recharge.

Oh, yeah... They rock PvE too, as long as you don't use Balthazar
