Anyone getting triple XP

Thought it might be a good weekend to work on a survivor character, so I tested on a few secondary profession quests in Ascalon, One I had already completed and just needed to collect the reward and another I did a few minutes ago. Neither got me triple XP.

It's 22.20 here in the U.K so I'm assuming it's started - anyone confirm?

Edit - Just re-read the blurb - Missions only - wow that's lousy, should be quests as well.

Not working as far as I can tell. There's another thread for this in questions and answers. Don't know which a mod will close.

Its working on missions for me.

...if you actually take the time to read it you will find you only get triple xp from missions in tyria, cantha, and elona, and you get the triple xp on primary quests from eye of the north

yeah, my guess is they may be testing it for a permanent change. triple xp on missions won't help most people already playing, but it would speed up leveling new chars in the future if you made more or for new players.

Worked fine for me. 4500 xp for expert of Grand Court.

Read the description more carefully next time. Also, good time for me to finish up protector/guardian titles.

I was thinking of taking a character or two to do the desert quests ending with the Augury Rock mission... ie 20 sec to 150,000xp. (triple xp for a 50000xp mission)

Can you say survivor in 20 sec??

Did Vizunah Square about an hour back with my Assassin, got Masters but only recieved 2000XP!

It worked for me on The Great Northern Wall.

It said it was only going to be on mission and repeatable primary quests.

You won't get that. It's only for "missions completion" - I think the huge XP amount from Augury Rock is actually for killing the doppelganger, so it wouldn't count. I haven't played that mission in over a year though, so I could be wrong.

How abut skill caps?

i did Thunderhead Keep + Frost Gate

1000 xp reward + 1000 xp bonus

-> 4000 xp total no x3 for me

doesn't work, just tried it and got the standard 50k

Ah forget it, you don't even get extra xp from mobs. I'm not complaining, I just don't like it because I really wanted to get my survivor up this weekend. Oh well, I'll do that later...

Not working for me and my friend who helped me do nolani either.

Did Great Northern Wall, Fort Ranik and Ruins of Surmia a couple hours ago on my new Wammo. Got 6k XP (mission+bonus) on each.

18000 XP, HM, first mission in Nightfalls.

no triple exp for dopple just his bonus !

going for legendary survivor, 525k atm !
