Onyx Gemstones Isn't it time.........

Seeing how the prices on Onyx gemstones are currently ridiculous I think it's time they Introduce them to the rare material trader so we can get an actual price. At this rate they'll be like tormented weapon prices and not everyone can afford those prices, if they will stay in the current condition we may aswell call the game Grind Wars....

Have not got a single torment weapon yet, but already two destroyer weapons.

They are easy to craft and even when you pay 10k for Onyx and 4k for Diamond they are... very very cheap for weapons that are the only ones that can be displayed in the HoM.

10x10K
10x4K
250 Granite
100 Iron
5K

Then the price of all these gems will go down, they are rather easy to get. Every other dungeon chest drops them.

If you wait a few weeks, even you can afford these weapons for an apple and an egg.

The gems are in the material trader, they are just so wanted that they are sold out. Happens when there is a spike in demand for a material.

They won't be on the rare mat trader until people stop [b]buying[/i] them for ~15k. Until then, nobody in their right mind is going to sell to the mat trader.

_Zexion Sorry about this thread then, I never saw them at the trader and GW:EN is already out for almost a week and got me wondering.

I've got all skills i did not have. Anyway I'm selling onyx gems for 12k each, got 100k+golds with just enjoying the game. Not bad. I love people rushing for weps

if the yput them to trader and it stays at the trader something like this will happen:

-if you did a dungeon like 1.5 hours and you got a onyx gemstone you feel crap cuz its worth only 1.5 k at the trader and everyone already got the destroyer weapons

so basically it isnt cool to do 1.5 hours work for 1.5 k. as it is atm it is cool

can name more downsides but don't got time cya ^^

man 50 onyx is 500k atm XD

Anyway Just tryed LoDeldrimor in a dungeon, got something like 3k gold from secret chests. Not bad. Anyway, yea, I like how the onyx system is working now atm, at least you cannot get onyxs in other ways than dungeons.

Agree with chrono (know cause i've played all dungeons and entire GW:EN with him, i got really nice items and cash by just playing the dungeons and stuff.

I hope onyx stay at price or even go up

I like the rush to get these new weapons (which are ugly IMO). Easy money for me.

yup, bug was fixed yesterday along with lowering the core cost of the quest AND upping core drop rate in order to make getting Light easier.

QQ more, just sell them for 10k, people will line up to buy em. And seriously mate, if you don't enjoy *just playing* enough to play through a dungeon, it's time to find another *game*.

I don't see what you're complaining about. Expensive? Hardly... 10k per onyx gemstone isn't too much, and there is a quest you can do to get one(dwarven quest). I think once the hype goes down, they will drop significantly such as titan gemstones(120k-30k LOL). Iff you don't want to pay the already fairly cheap price, just wait. Then, you can buy them for an even cheaper price...

But ya, i'm actually enjoying the high price of things, as I have made a handsom profit off onyx gems lately.(doing lots of dungeons)
