GWEN armor & birth of the first sylvari? *Spoilers*

Has anyone seen the birth of the first sylvari yet? I know a lot of people have beaten the game and it was said that we'd witness the birth of the first sylvari in it. I wanna know! hehe

Also, does anyone have any pictures of ALL the new armors, or what you have, for each race and heroes? Thanks!

there are no silvari shown but in the final scene ogden mentions the birth of new races and just shows a tree growing, that tree can be found in arbor bay along side Ventari the centaur.

I was doing the quest where I have to kill the the effigy of Kormir when I came across that island. I did the quest after I had beaten the game so I am curious, does the island look any different before and after the final cutscene?

to a tangent....

I felt the final cutscene was rather lame, I was hoping the toons would sacrifice themselves in a blaze of glory and die to save the world this one last time. But no we face off against the Great Destroyer who was not too difficult at all and we get hinted that this other dragon has awoken from stone. Judging from the scale of the room, that dragon would have to be the size of glint, which would make a nice bad guy.

I wish we could have actually seen the sylvari one way or another, not just this.

lol i hope you were being sarcastic. Otherwise im sorry i spoilt the fact you paid your money to "witness the birth of a new race" and instead get your face spat on by Anet. Sorry.

My face is perfectly clean thank you, I didn't pay to witness the birth of a new race thank you too. I paid to play a game so I can watch the ending when I finished the game myself.

I don't care if the ending is just a cutscene of someone pissing, whether I like it or not is up to me, but to feed it to me when I didn't ask for it is something else.

Diablo, this is the GWEN forum. The title of this thread is called GWEN armor sylvari. What did you expect to be in this thread? Use some common sence.


Anyways, I was pretty disappointed of witnessing this "birth". I thought we'd actually get to see a Sylvari. Oh well, not like it matters.

Fixed image, added spoiler tag to title. Now can everyone stop going on about them.

The Sylvari are linked to plants.

Also, since they aren't playing an active part in the game, they probibly weren't deemed important enough to make a model for. Unlike the Norn and Asura.

[/SPOILERS] Yeah the great destroyer wasn't so great, n have you looked at the size of those wings on that statue!! -_- its much bigger then glint....

Actually, the location on the screenshot can be found at south-west Arbor Bay on a small island and you can get a little more information from the nearby npcs.
