Rend Enchantments (useful against Mhenlo, and a few others)
Aura of Restoration (great healing with the high cost air spells)
Air Attunement
Elemental Attunement
Keep the melee blinded and watch out for a few interrupts, but your spells recharge pretty fast anyway so it's not a big issue.
The hardest part is timing Blinding Flash on Magni at the end (which isn't hard at all TBH). He uses Purge Signet regularly, so keep him blinded but keep an eye on what skill he's using. Don't use BF if it's been more than about 16-18 seconds since he last purged because he'll strip blind immediately. If he uses purge immediately after you blind him you won't be able to re-apply it fast enough.
Most fights are over in seconds, and Magni takes maybe a minute. He has a lot of health.
