Still got your Tattered Girl's Cape?

Back when GW first came out, for a while you could find the quest item "Tattered Girl's Cape" just lying on the ground in Stingray Strand, just north of Sanctum Cay.

Well, I've been holding on to it ever since I found it.

I just completed the Ebon Vanguard quest line then went to see Gwen to hand her the Tapestry Shred from pre-sear so I could get the special "Gwen's Flute" green focus, when I discovered she had the option for another quest.
A master quest:



I took the quest and the Tattered Girl's Cape disappeared from my inventory.
That quest reward is going to be one rare item

Edit: D'oh, maybe not so rare after all; you get that quest if you have either the Tattered Girl's Cape, Preserved Red Iris Flower, Tapestry Shred, Gwen's Broken Flute, or Red Iris Flower in your inventory.
Still, Wiki doesn't list the Tattered Girl's Cape as being a trigger item, so I guess that's something new.

Wikki is a nice resource but it is definately not the gospel. There is already a thread started about Gwen's junk here.

Only the tapestry shred and an iris flower are needed for the Gwen quests. The rest of them, including the cape do nothing. One of the items can only be gotten by Prophecies characters, but considering neither of them are particularly good or useful, don't expect the to be worth anything.

Yeah she leached my cape for that quest too, atleast I got it back to her though.

looks like she will accept a number of things for that quest then:

A red iris flower, a preserved red iris flower and the tattered girls cape will all trigger the quest.
