online shop error code =1751000

Whenever i click on checkout, i got the error code=1751000 and ask me to check my internet connection?? I can play the game fine but not able to buy gwen?? I don't think there is an issue of my internet connection, unless they need specific port open?

ps: i have already open 6112 and 80

I had this same problem with the Online store. I don't know what the error code equates to, but in my frustration trying to get it to go through earlier today, I was incidentally charged 3x for the game and not gaining access at all.

Soo.. I went to Best Buy, attempted to buy it with my CCard and found out the security dept of my bank put a block on my acct since there were 3 subsequent charges from NCSoft.

In the end, the 3 charges were removed (via my Bank) and I spent $5.00 extra for the hardcopy of the game... which is worth it imo since I have something a bit more tangible for my money.

it is definitely not my router issue as i have just try direction connection without router or firewall (ya.. i am nut..lol) and still same result. I think the online shop is simply closed for some reasons.


There are only two reasons i can think off..
1) i haven't play gw a while and my gw doesn't have all the necessary patch (doing gw.exe -image the moment)
2) the online shop simply disconnect from network on anet side coz they are fixing the exploit?

gw.exe -image doesn't help...either. Just complete the image download but still get the same error message .
