Fendi Nin @ Shards of Orr

Has anyone been able to keep this boss dead? I kill him, he and his archer buddies respawn as spirits, then a few seconds later they turn BACK into their original forms. Is this a glitch or something?

Probably some weird attempt at battle mechanics.

once he spawns, just nuke / throw dmg at him. then his soul spawns, throw dmg at that, ignore the other things that spawns, it gives u like 20 secs. once hes back to normal, pull out, kill the archers around him, do the same over and over again.

Once u do dmg the soul, and he transforms back, to normal. and u kill the normal again, the dmg u did before on the soul stays the same, so hes kill-able ( the soul never respawns with full health basicly, if u did dmg before )

( oh if ur like 60dp, kill the archers, pull out, wait for full energy / rezz party members, then go for fendi )

That's all it was? Bah! I gave up on that after an hour or so of mucking around in his lair @ 60dp.

Ahh well, thanks for the info. I'll keep that in mind for next time I try to take him on.

Yeah we were really annoyed when we couldn't kill his soul first time after spending so long getting to him but then we realised he keeps the damage done to him we were all a bit relieved that we hadn't wasted our time.

Shame the drops were terrible for us.
