Anyone have a clue what this is about? It does not show up in my titles window so I assume it's not a title.

Its the second rank of the dwarf blessing you get from the BoD. It goes up to rank 4 I think, the Norn has 4 ranks of blessings as well.
After you kill a certain number of mobs your blessing rank increases giving you more points a kill. The dwarf one just happens with the norn one you need to revist a shrine

This was not gotten the usual way, it was given by touching the beacon at the far end of the dungeon. So there was nothing shown at the top left corner. Maybe looking at the picture before commenting next time would help.
