Approx 12:50 EST the servers failed because everyone in town, guild, alliance all reported being disconnected it wasn't more than 5 minutes but since the Dupe bug all progress was lost, Just reported I support A net but that wasn't a fun little episode.

Yup. First I thought it was just me and my friend who have the same cable provider...turned out it was everyone (in the American Districts, at least).

Yes everyone was DC'd. Not sure why.

There have been reports of items missing from inventory. Luckly, I did not lose anything but a friend lost a few greens (nothing of value). It seems that it was only the american servers from what I have read on other forums.
