So...I'm a bit confused

I bought the pre-order pack online, or so it says, even though it kept timing out. But the store indicates i bought it, so...

Well anyway. I go in game, do the /bonus, and I didn't get the new weapons. Is this something I'll have to wait until the actual pre release weekend to get to use? Cause that sword looks pretty amazing.

Well I havn't even gotten an access key after paying for it on NCSoft. I figured I might have to wait until the pre-view weekend but no access key yet ?

I also timed out of the store while trying to preorder, yet under "manage access keys" the /bonus items (which I can't equip yet) and World Preview Event are listed as being unlocked. Now here's what worries me: it also lists the "Nightfall Collector's Edition Signature Dances" as available despite the fact that I've never bought a collector's edition for Guild Wars. Anyone else see something similar?

yes i ordered it too, but i don't have the items. it says i have them on the account but i can't get them.

I too have the signature dances bit without ever having gotten the CE. Too bad it doesn't actually work in-game, that would be amusing for a bit.

You don't need an access key, it is automatically added to your account. Also, after you order, you will get a confirmation number and a confirmation email.

These pictures show that people are getting their weapons NOW, and that contridicts the Offical Wiki page.

I've been using my pre-release pack weapons for a while now. At first I didnt get them, then after an update, ta da! They are quite nice and the staff is just the best thing ever for heros.
