There are many UW builds posted on the first few pages...W/Rt, Rt/W, Rt/Mo, W/D are all pretty prominent. I think there are still Ele builds floating around, haven't tried it myself so i don't really know.
I've just started farming UW in NM and i'm happy with the W/D builds. I found the W/Rt a bit hard to manage energy but i'll give it another go once i'm used to the run.
If you're up for HM, i believe ReZDoGG's 330 Rt/Mo or 105 Rt/Mo's are viable.
I also got a Rt/W build that uses VwK instead of Splinter Weapon. It's almost like the W/Rt but kills alot faster. Instead of using Doylak and one optional slot, I use Disciplined Stance and "To the Limit". I'm still using my Rt/W build for ecto runs, and very happy with it over any other UW Smite build. here's the link:
