I was really confused with the hall of monuments part.

There was one area for armors and one area for weapons.

I wasnt aware that you somehow unlock an ascended armor when you buy it or is he just giving bad information and means something to do with pvp armors.

and with the weapons as well, what did he mean there. Is that to do with the green weapons you have on your account or is it just weapon upgrades you've unlocked or maybe just rare skins you currently have on your account.

I'm betting it will be you buy an armor piece (Elite Armor Piece) it appears on a stand on the monument table. And its possibly the same with the weapons. Though we will have to wait and see about that.

PvPers don't have to do PvE at all, they got rid of that quite early.... but you are right in that the mini game isn't pvp.

Agreed, the pve's deserve a little love, all the handy skills that we could of used got nerfed to hell when you abused them.

The videos were pretty nice to see. That burning forest looked awesome or it looked like a forest to me, either way it was great. I was hoping we get to see the Asuras and Norns in bear form causing chaos

So, in the HoM, we're going to get one for our mini-pets. Are we only going to be able to display the ones we actually got as gifts, or are we also going to be able to display the ones we've purchased/traded? What's to stop Guildies getting together, lending a pet to one of their own, that person setting up a monument and then lending the pets to the next guy so that he may do the same?

If it's only for the ones we've received as gifts, the unlucky ones who've only received whites might be a little peeved.

So this is what I'm understanding about the 1v1 minigames:

Norn Arena: 1v1 against big name opponents (past and present, guessing like Palawa Joko, etc.) using standard skill bars, equipment, etc.

Dwarven Boxing: 1v1 with arena specific skill bar of only hand2hand skills and brass knuckles vs, i guess, dwarves. what are the attribs for this? are mesmers good at brass knuckle boxing? I guess they'll have to be, but that should be funny.

Polymock: 1v1 arena where you sort of morph into a caster monster with a fixed bar, vs another caster monster. fight consists of 3 battles (since your enemy chooses from 3)? do you have to beat all three of your opponent's choices to win, or just 2 out of 3 or something?
