Question: Do tomes only drop in hard mode missions?

Well my question (title). I am farming some bosses in hard mode now. But they didnt drop any tomes. And someone said to me tomes only drop when your in a hard mode mission. Is that true?

Grtz.

No u can get them in normal mode too, but only from Chests i beleive (and possible the elite missions although im not sure on that)

Normal mode? Never seen one. Anything to back that up except a friend heard a friend talk?

Back to the original question: I did see tombs drop in Hard mode outside of missions, so the answer to the original question is no.

ok thnx for ur replys ^^

You can only get them in Hard Mode. They come from HM chests or as a drop from any monster in HM.

But a quick look on Wiki would have answered this question also:

Tomes have a fairly low drop rate, probably almost as low as rare drops, so don't expect to be hoarding them easily.
