So, i waited 2 months for the PvE skills, that got immediately nerfed? To the point of being unusable?

Even more, instead of giving more seconds with the title track (exemple), it gives more seconds with more atributes.

This nerf was absolutely needed. The skills as they were would have COMPLETELY DESTROYED normal mode PvE, and would have totally devalued hard mode.
I would still like to see all the new skills tied into primary attribute tho. Basing effectiveness of a skill entirely on a title track is a highly flawed concept.
Want to encourage underused classes? - it's so simple; make GOOD skills that are tied into primary. Job done.
