What are you trying to achieve/complete before GW:EN is released?

I ask the question as a few in our alliance seem bored at the moment waiting for GW:EN to be released.

Personally I’m struggling to fit it all in. I only play two of my characters now, Ele and my new Mesmer, (both Nightfall characters).

I do not plan on starting any new characters but to take the Ele and the Mesmer through GW:EN.


My ‘To Do List’

Mesmer:
Max out Lightbringer (32,000 atm)
Max out Sunspear (29,000 atm)
Charm Level 15 Elder Wolves from the Shiverpeaks for Heroes, (2 Warriors, 2 Rangers & Assassin). Level pets to 20.
Get Razeh to complete Heroes.
Equip all Heroes, (only Razeh outstanding now).

Ele:
Max out Lightbringer (10,000 atm)
Max out Sunspear (7,000 atm)
Charm Level 15 Elder Wolves from the Shiverpeaks for Heroes, (2 Warriors, 2 Rangers & Assassin). Level pets to 20, (First remove 5 number level 20 flamingos, big mistake).

General:
Max out Balthazar points to unlock some new GW:EN skills on release. Need nearly 18,000 to max out.
Sort out storage and mules, (again!), and get around to selling some items.
I’m not really one for titles but should easily get level 3 Wisdom on the Ele soon. Getting 5-10 gold items a day from maxing out Lightbringer/Sunspear, (A Show of Force & Requiem for a Brain quest in Hard Mode).
Purchase a few items, (Runes, Insignia etc.).

I have all character based skills and Elite skills, (all 3 campaigns), on both the Ele and the Mesmer now, and having a few skill points in hand shouldn’t be a problem.


I know the pets are not essential but, apart from casters, I’ve always had pets on my characters and non-caster Heroes.


That’s about it I think. I only get on a couple of hours a day but should manage it all.

Perhaps get my mesmer higher lb and sunspear ranks. Other than that I am pretty much waiting for GW:EN.

I definitely want rank 12 before GWEN comes out. Sitting at 17,073 and not moving much the past couple days. >.<

Get all my characters through all of the campaigns, and make sure they have the appropriate armor set(s), which I select for them. Currently I am down to two of them, in which they are going through Prophecies and Nightfall right now. After the total, I should have 7 professions fully made and ready to go for EotN. I think I might (and I mean might) grind for those titles; for the Sunspear and Lightbringer titles for all my characters. However getting through all the campaigns will be a big sense of relief to me. It can get quite repetitive doing the same thing over and over again in PvE. Yet I try to remain sanity by doing new things within GW that are not just PvE, and sometimes play other games to sidetrack from it being to repetitive.

I'm planning to completely have stopped playing guild wars before that time, but I'm not sure if I can pull it off.

taking my time for assassin, ritualist, dervish and paragon not too crazy about having everything for the others (have all 10).. costs money you know and i like to keep mine high, especially for gwen lol

which reminds me to continue to take advantage of the free treasure around elona... but its all going slow anyway i am pretty bored so i've just been playing my wii instead >_>

Legendary Guardian title.
Legendary Cartographer title.
Maybe capturing all Warrior elite skills.=X
Buying an Elemental Sword and/or a miniature Kuunavang.

My monk has basically everything she needs. I want to see if I can't get my Steward of the Luxons title and do some HA. It's the only thing I haven't really ever done before.

I'm ready for Gwen

Get tons of diamonds and pray hard.

"To Do" list:

Elementalist:
Complete a further 4 titles at max level to achieve "I'm Very Important".
Finishing giving my Heroes Runes and Insignia (Only my Ele's heroes am I bothering to shell out for vigor runes and superior runes - only 4 or 5 heroes left)

Everyone else:
Achieve one more title at max level on my Ritualist to get "Kind of a Big Deal" on her.
Finish providing Runes to all other heroes
Finish levelling any heroes which are not currently at lvl 20.
Level all my Jin's pets to lvl 20. (All my Jins are beastmasters, each has a different pet)
Equip all my heroes with decent weapons
Gain Razah on all characters (about 50% of them have Razah now...it's not a big job, but something that needs doing)
Save enough money to buy new skills and perhaps armor in GW:EotN.
Clean out my Builds template...too many which I just don't use any more.

With my monk obtain all titles besides PvP (even Hard mode ones).. 12 so far

complete Guardian & Vanquisher titles on my necro and help friends completing their goals
Guardian (Tyria done, Cantha done, Elona 16/20)
Vanquisher (Tyria 19/54, Cantha 26/33, Elona done)

* Update templates to what i really use (eww, lot of work)
* get pets for all heroes on all characters, spider pets for heroes of my main (65/140)
* get all heroes for all chars (done)
(leveping sub heroes and pets should happen in gwen)
* cap all primary elites for my characters (done), UAS account
* unlock all ouposts with all characters (a lot of work to be done, eww)
* finish all capaigns with all chars (3x prophecies and 2x factions left)
* finish all taken quests that clutter inventories with quest items.
* finish all primary quests that clutter questlogs (couple of fort aspenwoods, lands of heroes and such)
* gear up all heroes decently along the way
* at least 500k in stash to be ready for gwen stuff, buy 5 cap signets for each char to be ready for new elites, collect some skill books and have maxed faction.
* depending how usefull/useless pve skills would be, get ss/lb ranks to apropriate levels.
* burn out by doing all this and get a life.

Save up some money for EotN

-get 7k fame (not likely to happen coz ha is so slow now)

This is the unlikely, but what I hope to do...

-Obtain legendary survivor on Sin without farming.
-save enough money, either for new armours, or vabbian if they're all sucky.
-Complete all 3 campaigns on every character..

short and relatively simple :P

Finish my diamond stack. Get all skills in the game accessable by my pve monk (I'm about halfway there as it is).
