It doesn't work for every build, but in situations where you don't need to target allies or click on npcs or items (so you won't be monking with this setup, for example), you can pull it off. There is a program called pinnalce game profiler. It costs $20 to download off the net but it allows you to map keyboard keys to the buttons. I have room for these keys on the bar and I've had a fair amount of success with this setup.
left stick - q,e,r,s - similar to a straffing setup for a fps
left stick click - x
right stick - a,d
right stick click - f - target self
a,b,x,y,l1,l2,r1,r2 - skills 1-8 however you like to order them
back - alt
start - control
d pad - c, tab, t, spacebar - however you like to order them

Maybe the topic starter just wanted to use it for some special moments, like lazy running around in pve with no real challenge, just laying in a couch using a wireless controller can be fun 
Found a free tool for this some time ago, downloaded it to my HDD, haven't used it yet but I'm saving it for use later.

I am utterly perplexed why someone would want to use such an inferior peripheral for a command-heavy game.
If you want to use your 360 controller so desperately; play a 360 game.
Seems to me alot of consolers get airy fairy ideas about the greatness of their systems and subsequent peripherals. Such as people asking if a 360 controller would be used on the PC version of TES4... Just get the 360 version!
