Ive been doing a lotta reading on different GW forums lately and from what ive heard, the jump in 138 to 256 megs in PCI cards doesnt really do anything substancial. In addition, ive also heard better things about the fx5200 rather then the radeon 9250.

Makes it a lot tougher when you only have a pci slot eh? Im on the same ship with a friends PC.

True, the thing is if you will continue using this card for further gaming (after GW) or if all you plan on playing is GW. My friend only plans on playing GW and nothing else, thus im looking at the cheaper cards for just GW.

I bought a ATI Powercolor Radeon 9250 PCI card for my Dell celeron (extra computer) and it WOULD not work. Motherboard didn't recognize the card ... shitty bios, no updates available ...

I purchased the Nvidia 5200fx 256 ddr PCI card instead and I can run the game with all graphics set to max.

My Dell is also a celeron 2.4 with 512 ram.
