Weird Waters quest - sulphurous haze

This is the quest where Meloni is required to complete the quest.

When I try to do this quest some of the enemies use sulphurous haze. This
cause everyone to die immediately. Nothing seems to help.

Does anyone know what protections to use against this skill?

No enemies use Sulfurous Haze, it is an environmental effect.

Make sure you are in the right zone for Weird Waters - the Waterworks in Floodplains of Mahnkelon.

As far as i know, there is absolutely NO WAY to protect yourself from Sulphurous Haze. I have no clue of a solution to your problem srry.

There must be a mistake here.

Sulphurous haze is not a skill used by enemies, it's an environmental effect that is only present in the desolation. You don't walk in, you don't die. You walk in, you can only hope someone has brought rebirth.

In the Weird waters quest, you are nowhere near any areas covered by sulphurous haze. I mean, you are two whole game regions away from the nearest sulphurous haze.

Must be the wrong quest, or the wrong area. Or the wrong skill...
