cant log on

when i was at my old house, i was on line internett. game work perfect.
now i moved to new home and game wont log on
i got wifi net now. i can download files and all, but when it come to log on to game. i cant get in.
i get this:
guildwars was unable to connect to any login servers.
This is verry likely caused by an internet routing issue.

Check your router is allowing the game to access the internet. best advice i can give

Make sure your router supports UPnP devices, and also that it's configured properly in the wireless settings to allow full access from your wi-fi adapter.

What name and model of router are you using?

i got a Netgear wgr614 v6 router.

I would follow these instructions listed on this page for wireless settings. Depending on what type of security setup instructions to follow, I would use the WEP instructions, and ignore the WPA-PSK setup for now. Once you have WEP set up, skip down to adding your wi-fi adapter to the access list.
