Ive always wondered where do chromium shards drop? ive had my suspicions... the oni in Unwaking waters... Really the only place I know of. Ive already made a farming build used from the UW and FoW a/e solo sin modifications but no daggers yet.If anyone has any information as to where they drop please post.

They can drop from Luxon Assassins during the Halycon quest (the farming one) in Boreas Seabed.

already did halcylon quest or w/e and gwiki doesnt state specifically where they drop...

What are they? Quite frankly, I have NEVER heard of these before...are they an armor mattie? Or what?

No theyre very rare daggers but thanx for the tip! 2 hours and I got PLATINUM SICKLES and a rune of sup vigor :P. platinum sickles suck though i didnt know they were rare and I id'd . not telling anyone build though cuz i wanna BE RICH!!!

They drop from Jade Brotherhood outside the marketplace on HM. Got some recently myself.

i got one durign skill capping in sunjang district, from afflicted, near ranger boss, was shocked cause never seen them before; people told me they are worth nothing so i merched em.... eek.... dang i was stupid :P

I have 4 sets of chromium shards that have dropped from this mission. Also, req 9 and req 10 15^50 platinum sickles. Platinum staves and wands have dropped as well.

And 1 last thing, don't matter how many people you tell the build to, or how many people farm the area, your chances remain the same!!!

I got a pair of req 9 +5 e Shards from the Luxon assassins aswell. I've seen platium weapons there aswell. You can do it as an Ele, or a 55.

just got a pair from a luxon sin w/ the halcyon quest. req. 12, kinda crappy. i'll see if i can get any money from the skin.
i would assume any high level sins drop them in cantha, minus maybe am fah or afflicted. no matter what, i think the halcyon farm is the way to go. you make some decent money on the side as well, along with other golds.

first : Chromium Shards suck! i have glad 4 sin that would never be caught using daggers that did piercing dmg, so lame.

second : Platinum Sickles rock ! hence the Slashing dmg.

i just dont understand sins that ever chase daggers with piercing dmg, oh well, hope u get what your looking for.

just saw one dropping from a locked chest while i was doing minister cho's estate mission in hardmode. did not drop for me but as far as i could see they were real bad (7-16, req. 13) but gold ones though.

there might be a chance of getting better ones if you are lucky.
