Need help

I can't find a mesmer build with Frustration skill and I saw it do good job in RA and AB.
So far I could see is that build have points in Domination,Illusion(Frustration),and I believe in Fast casting and Inspiration.
SO I have a problem with att points and some skills.
Can any1 post that build here,how it deal with energy?

Only build with frustration I ever used was;

Migrane, frustration, power drain, leech sig, power return, gale, mantra persist, res.

I have seen it run with power leak as well, but that really puts stress on attributes.

You'd want 12 (with runes) illu, 12-14 insp, air for gale (although if going with dom you don't need that spell at all), and the rest to fc (or dom) as needed.

Frustration has good synergy with both Migraine and Ineptitude. The skill description says it only activates when it interrupts a spell, but it triggers even when it interupts someone attacking. Alone with a mesmer, it is ok, but if you use it when you have a choking gas, incendiary arrow, or other type of interupt spamming ranger, it holds it's weight much better.

Frustration...is my favorite slow spell. I've been using it alot lately and its soo fun to play with in AB. I find Frustration alone is good enough to slow most 1 sec casting spells for good interupts.

I use all the attributes lately I've been using this build in AB.

Dom: 11+1+3, Illusion 9+1, Fast casting 8+1, Inspiration 8+1 , and a major health rune if you can.

For AB my last skill is gaze of compempt for those annoying earth eles/ dervishes.

First you cast frustration on the guy your aiming for then, simply interupt with the 3 interupts. Power spike, disruption is for dmg that can do pretty good, power leech is for the other part of this build. Power spike can do about 130dmg where signet of disruption can do about 80 with frustration

With powerleech, mind wrack and energy burn it steals 5 energy from the caster every spell that he succesfully casts energy burn for -8 energy+dmg and mind wrack to finish to do even more dmg. Ether feast is for health as well as energy denial.

Interupts, energy denial all in one. I acaully was able to kill an ele and drain all his energy in a 1vs1 in ab. Power leech is your only energy gain skill, you could replace gaze of comtempt for another. Oh don't just interupt eles, interupt dervishes too.

well,I changed Mind Wrack for Power Drain

I played around this and it was kinda playable in RA. RA is not high level pvp, but can be fun.

Illusion : 12+1+1, insp : 11+1, fast casting: rest
