I've got 11 pves, each with atleast 3 sets of 15k armor. However my assassin has seven sets. W/E, yeah, yeah. I love collecting expensive armor for my characters. Armor is actually what keeps me motivated in this game. Along that the special greens for them. Clearly this has taken up so much storage. I would love to get FOW for my sin, but it's ugly (yet I'd still get it) and I can't because there's no room.
So here's the question. How does anet expect us to enjoy Eye of the Norths new armor sets if they don't plan on making some extra organized room for them? I know there's other things that need room (such as the useless, yet cute mini pets.) Not many players wish to buy an extra character slot just to mule things over, plus players have already mentioned there's a bug.
So is Anet gonna make room so we can enjoy the new stuff they wish to present to us in Eye of The North or do we just say, "Screw EON, got no room for it?"
Will Anet finally upgrade the Storage? (Or will we just have no space for EON?)

I'll pop in here before this probably gets locked (that's just how the mods are here)
I think they see limited storage as a way to get people to buy more keys and slots. There's no reason they can't add a pouch or a few rows, or an inventory tab.
We know they spend hours upon hours discussing the most finite detail on minipet behavior, so it's not like they don't have the time.

MORE INVENTORY AND STORAGE!

More storage please and thank you.
This has been suggested more times then anything else i think. Though it would be somewhat of a memory hog (I dont know how much of one) I think anet should do something about storage. 3 soon to be 4 games and still we have the storage from the original setting.

My problem will be with the heroes. We are going to have what, 25 heroes of 10 different professions. If I want, let's say, 3 SF nuker heroes, I will have to get 3 fire runs, and fire weapons. Then if I want to change them to an air, an earth, and a water, I'll have to get those runes and weapons too - but where do I store the other weapons/runes? It is going to be a HUGE pain to constantly change hero weapons and runes, but finding storage for them is going to be even worse

This isn't collect every single item in game. No game does that.
The storage is plentiful. But no matter how big, it will grow too small if you fill it.
So you have 7 armor sets. What happens when they add 10 more slots? You'll have 9 armor sets, and be without room again.
50 weapons for character? Sure. But if they add storage, you'll just have 100 weapons per character.
Same with runes, and everything else.
This is PvE. In PvE, you have limited slots, things cost money, and you need to prioritize. It's what keeps economy going. If everyone had unlimited storage, you would just accumulate stuff. Sell what you don't need. Move items you're not currently using to characters you're not playing. And so on.
In PvP, just roll whatever you want.

So the short answer to your question is yes. In GW:EN there will be 10 new heros. That equals 20 more invintory slots per character (for most people with linked accounts that will each 160 weapon and offhand items). If storage is THAT much of an issue for you and you don't want to utilize heros in that way, then don't complain about it.

You do NOT need to have runes on your heros. Seriously. Use collectors items. Get stuff with energy storage/soul reaping/divine favor requirements if you want to switch up builds.

My guess is that many of the major complaints will be addressed in GW:EN. I think that is part of the reason it is content but not a new chapter or professions.
I think they finally realized they coulnd't ignore the storage issue any longer. I am guessing Storage, Inscriptions and Insignias on Proph and Factions items and armor, perhaps apperance changes (facial, hair)... and whatever the other major gripes have been.
The "job" of GW:EN is to maintain the player base so that it is as large as possible when GW2 is released. The bulk of the buyers will come from the current player base, and to some extent the past player base if they haven't been gone to long. So I think the best way to maintain the player base is to fix all the stuff that makes this more fun to stick around.

I agree on the hero pouch idea for more space. Say like five or even ten spots to store that particular heroes runes, weapons ect.
Hehe, your storage might need to be more of a wine cellar than actual character slots.
Great idea for names though, i must admit!
