[Dev Poll] Weekend Events

My suggestion is a half price skill weekend. In PvP skills cost half the balth pionts and in PvE they cost half the gold. Skill Cap should probably still be full price otherwise people would just stock up, that is unless you capped the number people could carry at one time.

I actually think this is a really fun idea. Pay attention to this one, Anet.

Double CM faction? Did I miss that one or is it a new suggestion Gaile?

Anyway, here are my top five favourite weekends (best first)

1. Double (Kurzick/Luxon) faction in CMs. As well as being good for us Friend titlers, it would help boost the currently-atrocious player population :P Aspenwood can take ages to form a party unless you're at peak times, and Jade Quarry is impossible. It's a real shame because I think the CMs are the best part of Factions (I've taken two Prophecies characters through most of Factions just to get Aspenwood)
2. 'Monsters invade towns' weekend suggested above (maybe in conjunction with the introduction of hard mode? Lv20 Charr invading Ascalon City )
3. Snowball Arena
4. Rollerbeetle Racing
5. Double XP for elite skill captures (double XP in general would be nice but the elite skills one worked well)

Mainly stuff that has to do with more chance on getting good, rare and expensive item drops.;D

Not in particular order:

-Keys
-Rare chest loot
-Rare (gold) drops
-Access to The Fissure of Woe and The UnderWorld

Double Chance of Drops:
* Rare Loot in Elite Missions
* Green/Gold Loots

Double Benefits:
* Double Hero XP
* Double Gladiator Points

Access to:
* Elite Missions

Hmm... my top 5..

1. Elite mission(deep/urgoz) access
2. Free FoW/UW
3. Double rare (gold) monster and chest drops. So maybe i actually get a gold for once.
4. Double faction.
5. And perhaps double dye drops. Found four blacks on the last one.

4. Clovers & Ales Fall from Above
5. A Double event weekend something PvP and something PvE

My Suggestions for new ideas would be

Keyless chest weekend
Ectos/shards Drop All Over Weekend
scavenger hunt weeked (similar to the new years but individually not as a group)
double points for eating sweets and drinking ale weekend
mini pet weekend - bosses have a chance to drop a random mini pet

3. access to uw and fow
4. keys
5. access to gamer stuff

1. Chest loot
2. Double faction in competitive missions
3. Higher drop rate of rare weapons in elite missions
4. Double xp for capping elites
5. Shamrock ales and clovers

I'd like to see a weekend that is focused entirely on Jade Quarry. Double the faction exclusively in Jade Quarry so people actually start playing it, since it's much better than aspenwood imo.

Main 1 i enjoy is the Double XP for elites :P

I would like to see a HA 8v8 weekend...every weekend.
I would like to see a weekend where the devs aren't pussy footing around and misleading the PvP communnity.
I would like to see a weekend where the devs idle in HA and answer questions regarding PvP.
I would like to see a weekend where devs answer questions and concerns on these forums in the PvP sections.

Double glad points weekend is a good idea as where double champ and double fame weekends are not.

If ANET makes another double fame weekend I will do something, involving a plane and the ANET building, something that another guy got banned for posting about. LOL.
