Beating Glint with Heroes

Is it even possible to beat Glint with heroes/hench? If anyone has done it can you tell me your builds/strategy?

interuppt pwns glint so idk. build off that?

if you have a broad head arrow ranger anything is possible.....
but yea i beat glint with a broad head arrow hero so its possible

I beat glint with a group of henchmen just as the guild wiki said. My primary profession is necro so i equipped spinal shivers and pwned glint. As the guild wiki said your main role it to interrupt so just do that the henchies will do the rest. Here is the link for the wiki page.

I didn't even use any special sort of build for this. I went as a barrager with a couple of interrupts like I always do. I took two hero monks, hero warrior, two hero henchies, can't remember the others. Anyway. All I had to do was interrupt Crystal Hibernation and the damage being done was more than enough to kill her. Easy peasy. ^^

If you happen to have some melee Heroes make sure one of them has wild blow or a similar attack to break Glints Stance else it will kill them in very quick succession.

I didn't plan my skills out or know what skills glint uses so the build I used could definately be improved.

Tahlkora was set up as protection with life sheath I believe, and margrid was a touch ranger lol.

I had 2 heros with leech signet, then force them to cast it when crystal hibernation comes up. In general mm, fire and a lod monk heroes, with just about anything else will make short work of this mission.

When I took my searing flames ele thru I had 3 searing flames heros, but I forgot 2 interrupts, and couldnt stop crystal hibernation, otherwise I would have beat the mission/bonus in about 20 mins lol.

You might need wild blow to get through jagged crstal skin

Just tried it with my hero's sailed through it first time. Didn't even need to fire them off manually, interrupt great on there own. Hate to think how many goes I've had at this before now.

The hardest part to beating glint is energy managment and damage mitigation. For that, use an interrupter ranger for the skills glint uses and get a double attuned air ele with blinding flash - glint wont even be albe to do damage or cast. All you have to do is wait and she will die. Mele is overrated in PvE, no need for it in this mission.

i tried with heroes and henches to beat glint, he wiped out the entire team, leaving me, so i sprint across the map and res dunkoro, who then resses the whole team and we make a come back victory it was a good match

Both of my eles have 2 interrupts and Olias has an interrupt. Yea Glint didn't cast anything too much. Basically just nuked the horns right off her head.

Glint uses stance, that makes her deal 100 damage to all foes around her, when she is hit by physical damage. So, if two warriors hit Glint 3 times with physical damage then they both get 600 damage - that's why teams lose. Physical damage arrows trigger that too of course.

Use elementar damage only and she will be a kitten. But you need to distract her skill that turns elementar damage to healing. One distracting skill with 10 sec or less reload is enough for that.

So, make sure your team deals only elementar damage and take a distracting skill. Or two if you want to be more secure.
