Your worst self-ownage???

I was trading today, looking to make some quick profit...












I purchased a Coffer, open it up, and BAM! 5 Titan gemstones.

Purchase the other three cheap gems, get another Coffer. Open it, and BAM! Another 5 Titans!

In total, I'm -88k, and +9 Titan Gemstones..

I proceed to buy 6 more Titans, 15 Stygian, 15 Margonite, and 15 Tormented.

In total I have 15 of each Gem, enough for a nice Armbrace..

I check Wiki [which I could have sworn said the Spirit of Truths was RIGHT inside of the explorable area]... and find out that I have to almost complete the Mallyx quest to get the Armbrace.

I say, screw it, money is boring. Opened 15 Coffers, ended up with an extra 5 of each gemstone, 40 Elixers, 20 Scrolls, and misc other crap. Buy 5 more Coffers, get nothing.

GG -600k for me.

Accidently customized req 9 15^50% FDS on my assassin.

Not hitting up the storage after getting that expensive green, instead hitting the merchant first to sell your other stuff. oops, hit "sell" too many times cause it lags

not knowing droks armor is max and working very hard for 15k not knowing it was the same as droks ^_^

When I first got the game-first time I went into the underworld within like 5 days of playing, I sold an ecto to the merchant cos I didnt know anything about them xD they were worth 13k then, at that time id never seen 5k nevermind 13

Deleting a character and forgetting to take out the hero runes/insignias/weapons first. I suppose it's not that bad in comparison. Just some 50k.

Well, admittedly if he had done just a wee bit more he could have gotten an armbrace for his troubles. The coffers are really just...I don't trust them now.

Sorry for a stupid question: What is an armbrace?. I never been in DoA.

Newbie betting me 200k he could beat me, I put on 130 derv, he uses strip enchant.

Went to go get the monk cap in Mineral Springs with my ranger. After fighting mobs and mobs of those dreaded Avicara, I finally found and killed the boss at the last spawning location possible... ...only to realize I didn't bring a cap sig. It didn't matter since I also found out I was a /Me secondary instead of /Mo, so I would've "pwned" myself either way.

oh man, god knows how many times ive fought my way through somewhere to make a cap, only to find out i forgot my cap sig. it has to be in the twenties. probably a good deal more. i just never learn...

Lol. Hundreds here. :P

If I didn't screw up every time I attempted to cap a skill, I'd probably be a skill hunter by now!
