About this Puzzle Pirates themed strip:
Pirate Lass - ravishing with her beauty spot
Clothing
She is wearing a capotain from 1590 upon her head.
The top and bottom pieces go together and are 1830s French, but of an Ottoman influence.
The silk shoes are actually a separate fashion from 1795 and feature pom-poms.
Weapons
In her right hand she is wielding a 1770 ladies' muff pistol which is easy to conceal.
In her left is an 18th Century spontoon pipe axe. Bludgeon or sword? Hmmm...

Clothing
Upon his head rests a French naval shako of the 19th Century.
The uniform, top and bottom, is that of a 17th Century French musketeer.
