From your other post Factions only trapper), I know you only have Factions. In Factions, any [Armor] NPC will sell you druids armor. You can get max armor in Kiening Center , HzH, Cavalon and just pick Druids. You can get 15k Kurzick, Luxon & Canthan Druids Armor deeper in Cantha as well. There's a few other places you'll find on the wiki link above too.
