I was thinking about a few things that might make the game a little more interesting on an interactive level.
Player Created Quests:
Have a new NPC in the major towns who takes Quest requests.
A dialogue box comes up and the player granting the quest types in a brief outline of the quest, for example: Collect 250 Wood.
That Player then says what the reward will be and PAYS the NPC that reward.
Here's the thing. It can be any reward.
It can be straight gold. It can be XP, it can be a skill point, or a weapon. Or a combination of all of them.
So the person giving the quest must hand over to the NPC either the gold, an XP deduction, a weapon or a skill point.
Anybody can then take the quest from the NPC, and choose any and all that are available. However, only the first person to complete the quest gets to claim the reward.
So for example, if you collect 250 wood and hand that wood to the NPC, so long as you're the first to do so, you get the reward.

Players Skill Training Players
It might be intersting if Players can begin to train other players in the skills that they have already collected.
Instead of a Trade Window there can be a Train window. The skills that are on offer are displayed and purchased with either gold, or an item.
Trainers can only train players who have already reached Level 20.
