comp wont work

when ever i turn my computer on it keeps saying it cant find the "system 32". When i try to put in the start up disc, it doesnt load it. i have also tried to start windows in a previous saving.

can somene please explain what system 32 does and how i can fix this problem.

In that case, Reinstall Windows.

A Virus has been found and deleted, the registry key for it however is still there, and when it tries to load it, it cant cus its been deleted.

If you cant edit your registry, your only option is to reinstall windows.
