I have a prophecies character.
So, in this case, how can I get Jin? Only at throne of secrets?

If you've picked Sousuke up already then yes, at Throne of Secrets.

Somewhere on Istan, just west, outside the main city. I think there's a quest involved that you can get when you arrive.

the quest is in istan (noob island) given by general hayao in sun docks. complete zeishan elite
