There are none, now that you can't afk farm them

EDIT: I think it is agreed upon that farming margonites in the temple area is the easiest way to gain LB points.

If you have the stomach for it... DoA has a lot of LB points to be made. You make lots of money and you can get get up to 10k points a week just doing runs with people. Don't know if that qualifies as "fast" but I think it's fair.

I just farm Stygian Veil with traps... doubles as farming and LB points.

I'm currently Rank 7 LB and I have dedicated like my last month of Guild Wars to farming LB and the Domain Of Anguish. Whenever I can't find a group in DoA I just zone over to the Domain of Secrets and flag my henchies into groups. With the team build that I use, I can just flag, go afk, and then come back and flag into another group. It allows me to play CSS lol while farming Lightbringer.

But to answer your original question, farming them with groups in the DoA is the fastest.
