can't start to play!

Just loaded Guild Wars on my pc and created account etc used the keys to enter and when I tried to play it said I need to go to the store and buy a game!?Whats wrong with the one I just got?Its new from Amazon! Thanks

Did you enter a trial key?

Try the key again? It sounds like it didn't like the one you entered, maybe there is confusion over o and 0 or something like that?

If the key was used you would have been told so.

I used the key and got to the account creation page set it up and when I tried to play it said click on the store to purchase a game!

Where did you buy the cd-key? You dont seem to be answering "I already bought it"

Could have been also a pre-order or event key.

The game key should have been on a little square of paper that you had to open up. Does that sound like what you found?

Goto the Key entry and see what it says you installed, take a screeshot if you can aswell and post it here, depending on what the pic says, we can tell you what you've got on your account

Thanks for all the replys,I reentered my key and this time I used CAPS where needed and I'm in..I feel a little stupid!Great game so far up to level 5 Ranger.Thanks again guys
