Secondary Profession?

I have searched for secondary etc. But what i came up with wasnt really what i was looking for. i have built A necro, and i am planning on having it as blood. The problem is I dont know what secondary to go, i would like to have a spider from UW following me around, but then would there be much point going ranger if only for that? and i am not sure what othe rsecondary i would really use. I have had N/me before and didnt really use Me part. So any info would be appreciate dor pleae point me in the right direction.

Go Necro/warrior for an extreme challenge. ascension is a BIG challenge.

As I'm sure you know, many of the better Blood skills require a (sometimes large) health sacrifice. Given that, I'd go with Monk as your secondary to allow you to stand a bit further back and heal yourself rather than having to risk standing around in wells.

You can switch your secondary later in the game, after you've done the Ascension; I ran N/W up to that point, and since then I've played around with /Me, and also /R (just for the pet; dune lizards!).

So.. just grab something you think will be fun and that you'll use. With /Mo, Blood Magic + Soul Reaping + Protective Prayers might be interesting for PVE stuff, use the Soul Reaping to recoup energy when you're maintaining enchantments.. Blood has a lot of damage already, doing /E wouldn't get you much (but might still be fun!).

Let us know how it works out. I know there's basically a 55hp monk build with Necro primary (works exactly the same as the other, but relies on Spiteful Spirit and Insidious Parasite for damage), and /Mo is really popular for minion masters, but I don't see it being used for much else besides that when subbed to Necromancer.

Blood.. Protection.. hmm, call it the Guardian Vampire? ;D

Remember, you dont have to use your secondary at all. Its just a bonus that can compensate for anything that you feel might be lacking in your character. N/R might be a good combo though since Beastmastery skills are very cheap energy-wise so you wont miss the Expertise attribute. Curses + Pet + Minions could probably dish out a lot of damage.
