You know you're a GW Addict when...

See if you can add your own

I'll start it off:

- Whenever starting to type anywhere (chat, msn, yahoo etc) you start each msg with a !, @, #, $, or %

- You right-click and drag when browsing and you see a picture you want to see from another angle

- You start off classified ads with wt.s, wt.t, or wt.b

- You could dance any of the Guild Wars Dances in real life (or have)

- hoarding candy canes makes you feel powerful.

- You'd name your daughter Gwen (or Gaile)

- You travel in groups of 4, 6, or 8 (subconsciously)

- You want a pet frog with a yule cap.

- You have Prince Rurik, Undead Lich, Shiro Tagachi, Varesh, or Abaddon on your friends list (yes it's possible)

- You know where the "end of the world" is.

- when you can think of over 9 things which you think makes you an addict

dont worry, you have 10, which means..

ill edit my 10 to a 9!

In all actuality...

-you play guild wars instead of focusing on that homework/job assignment which is due in a matter of hours/days

-you constantly think about making a new character wherever you are and plan out specifics on getting it through all 3 chapters

-you constantly hound the forums for new information

-you stay up till 2 am posting in rediculous addiction threads about how much you are addicted to guild wars

You spend your entire holiday power-leveling 4 new characters

All 8 of your characters have completed Nightfall in a matter of 2 months >_<

You spent xmas/new years in guild wars

Your primary bookmarks are GW wiki summary pages / GW forums

You know you're an addict when: you dream about Guild Wars.

I didn't dream about Guild Wars until they added the Survivor title. From then, between the 6+ tries it took to get to level 3 on my Warrior, and the 5 tries so far I've done on my Monk (who is still a work in progress), I can't count the number of times I have dreamed that I died, losing my progress and having to start over. It's very frustrating.

The only other time I remember this happening to me in life was with the original Diablo. If some of you don't remember, in the first Diablo, when you died, all your stuff went flying into the air. If you were deep in a hard place and died, you suddenly had to spend the next hour or so clearing that pack of spitting dogs so you could get your stuff back. What a nightmare. I remember many times dreaming that I died and waking up in a cold sweat.

You know your an addict when you're to busy making this thread to realize that this is about the 3rd-4th one that has been made here.

doh on that one my daughter is named gwen lol but i didnt play the game till she was almost 2
