Thats right I'm gonna question the Sunspear Rank Title. In the above post Gaile is talking about some big update thats due to happen. I was just wandering if it had happened already as I'm after that max Sunspear Title

Not yet.

Its still not possible to get max Sunspear Rank, but a skill balance update is due, maybe they will add something then.
