There is also a Rift Warden in Kamadan so you can do the PvE game against the grinches in the UW. A glob of Frozen Ectoplasm dropped for me there and I traded it for a Yuletide Tonic at the Tonic Maker. I did not use it yet, but all it says is that it cannot be used in PvP. Oh, and in the game I played you go solo.

Are these CC weapons inscribable or just normal weapons?

If they are inscribable, we have a new line of evil weapons!

The Candy Cane Weapons available now are all 10 damage no indication on if they can be inscribed

The new candy weapons have bows, unless they already did and I didn't notice them.

If the items were actually useful, i might bother obtaining some of them, but each to their own i suppose.

The CC weapons are great for newly started characters. Highest damage versus no requirement.

I got all my CC stuff last year, when it was cheap, so this year I quickly got some daggers, scythe and a spear, and a spare staff for when I make a new character. Now All my characters can go candy cane warrior!
