He can be found in Kamadan, next to a sign that says "Don't Feed the Dwarf". Rumour has it that he gives out a hat if nobody speaks to him for a certain length of time.

People fall for every nonsense.
I've seen some ridiculous arguements due to this dwarf. Sort of like the flamewars when the Mad King was around. I highly doubt that he gives out anything, simply speak to him and read his responses and you'll see that it's merely a joke.

Its is hilarious though watching all those people screaming after someone kills the dwarf!

The Wintersday dwarf:

-Does not give you anything
-Does not give you a new title if you kill him enough
-Does not die by kneeling at him
-Does not give anything if you keep him alive long enough
-Does not give you anything

He's fun though. I bet necromancers are having a ball.

I love how ANet know the crazy myths that crop up around these seemingly random and pointless things. Looks like it was put there for just this reason.

Having said that tho, i hear that if you taunt him 50 times in succession he breaks through the candy cane fence and kills you. With no res shrine around it means your character is dead forever! Like totally dead on your account man, it's like zomfg! But then i herd some l33t hax0r managed to pwn him with a snowball from teh snowbal fight and he bec0mes a mini-pet u can sel for 1000k + 90 ectos!! Is tru! My moms brothers sister told me and she has a level 65 paladin in wow lolz! wow sucks tho gw is fer noobs! WTS runescape account pm for deetails lmfaomgwtfbbq!

There are also the random pop culture references again. Like a couple people in Kamadan talking about visiting family across the game for Wintersday, but I only caught one reference: one to the movie My Cousin Vinny.

When you slay him he says "Grenth will bless you for your mercy", so he may be involved in some kind of game later on.

Any one notice the circles in the ground in front of him? Maybe its some type of game or something ...

I gained 110 hours on my drunkard title watching people argue about the dwarf giving presents. Hi-freaking-larious.

I keep half expecting to see a sociologist hidden somewhere with a video camera.
