Compare Arcane Conundrum & Frustration
Now compare Drain Enchantment & Revealed/Inspired Enchantment
The first example is what I'm mainly asking, but the second as well. I wasn't aware that ANet *liked* to make skills 100% superior (to a point of making a skill totally obsolete) than other skills. In the former case, that's true, the latter case, I'd say 90%
Could anyone explain this please?
Am I missing something?

oh well, it doesn't bother me at all Ironically enough, my comments were indirectly refering to M:TG, as well as some other TCGs.

Could anyone explain this please? Drain Enchantment isn't strictly better than Inspired; Inspired has a 20 second recharge, and has a very useful side-effect. They're fairly even, I'd say, and heavily favoured towards Inspired if you've got another E-Management like Power Drain.
