Silly Mistakes

So, I just made a nice mistake. I kill Abbadon, and get my book of secrets. I walk to the Ritualist weapons man, and look through the staffs, picking one out I could give to my girlfriend. So, I see Communing and think "Thats what she would want!" and take it. Next I find out, she is actually Channeling, I was gutted

Any way, what has been your 'Silly Mistakes' of Guild Wars?

Oh, and if any kind sole would trade my staff for the Channeling, I will lave you lang time haha.

It's alright, give her the staff anyways. She can save her Communing build templates and try Channeling some time.

Sold Ragos Flame Staff at merchant clicking sell to fast and lag

Sold a bunch of ectos for 23g instead of 23plat.

Sold perfects (many) to merchant because of lagging, and clicking a little to fast.

Lagged at the merchant and accidently sold a sup absorption for 25 gold when they were worth 100k.

Earlier today I put a req9 Zodiac bow into the trash can on inventory screen. I was lagging, and trying to delete koss' stupid 2-3 damage machete I had just replaced.

Err7'd while inventory was open, and when I logged back in my bow was gone. There smiling at me in the inventory slot one over was a shiny 2-3 damage machete.

Expensive error, glad I did it to myself...lol

Ouch, some supreme mistakes. Mines seems little to be honest compared to you lot haha.

I've sold stuff to the merchant. But nothing worth over 10k~

I've cuased myself grief by not reading quest logs before too.

Done that aswell..instead of stopping outside the gate to finish quest..run in instead then have to redo it again..annoying to say the least

forgot to pick up items before zoning after taking screenies of them for the sell forums now, i never drop items in explorable areas for whatever reasons. it only happened once but it hurt nonetheless.

Not really a mistake but something that kinda goes against my name lol. When I first started playing guild wars I always used a sword and always had. I went through my first chapter (factions first) and after I beat that I got shiros sword =/ bad mistake on my part. Anywho eventually when I got to buying prophecies I eventually bought a Victos battle axe and used it ever since. Didnt really think much of it until one day someone said to me LOL! and i was like what? and he says "Your name is Techno Sword!" and im like yeah so? and he replies "Your wielding an axe!" dun dun dun! Techno sword with an <b>axe</b> lol doesnt really matter though because ive had this char for a while and im not deleteing it just to change a name to Techno Axe!

A seller was selling something for 20k , somehow I insisted paying 80k to the guy.

When you no longer could have only one piece of Knight's Armor to have the absorbtion bonus for all, I went and bought new boots that matched the rest of my armor. I proceded to trash the old boots before realizing they were infused. I had to do infusion again for the new boots.

I have the ultra mistake...

Got to the Obsidian armor crafter in Fissure, and crafted 2 pairs of Obsidian Boots for my warrior.
