Scribe Newspaper NPC

Who else here loves to read the scribe? I personally find it very entertaining and I love the little hints that ArenaNet drops occasionally about upcoming events and things, etc. I was thinking about this today about how many players frequent the GuildWars.com Website but are missing out. Or make like a News NPC that gives game updates + the Scribe. I really really enjoy this idea, and maybe only cities like Lion's Arch, Kamadan, and Kaineng Center could have these NPC's. This idea could also make the game nicer since the current Scribe has the Good Deeds section.

So how about it? Support this idea?

That'd be cool, but only if it was in Great Temple... it has less lag than the other cities, and it'd only require 1 NPC

similar to the multiple 'Town Crier' ideas before this one is based on the weekly The Scribe articles. I think there could be even more done with this idea than simply posting the same content as on the website but ingame.

Yup, but it seems that the 'random acts of kindness' are only for American servers.

You go to the Printer and buy the weekly Scribe for 5G or something. In it's multiple pages people could take out ads for their equpiment they want to sell and stuff! Its ingenious! It would take a space in your inventory and you would double click to read. A Window would pop up all nicley organizrd with pictures. Maybe 10 pages, 1-3 are teh actual Scribe and 4-10 are ads that peple take out for 50G on a first come first serve basis. There would be a universal time slot that you must talk to the Scribe between 11 and 1 Central Time in the American Servers to place your ad. Or if you're Euro or Japanese you'd have to do it in your servers. THey would be short w/o pictures. It would also be cut into sections like Weapons, Offhands, Materials, and Other. Example:
