November 30th update: mini varesh

so what u guys think of the new varesh, she has a scythe but doesnt appear much taller, but thats just my opinion

wtf.... I'd be seeing it now if I still had it. It's not on any of my characters.

My assassin seems to have mysteriously disappeared from my character list as well. Didn't delete her, but hey, what's a few hundred hours of work (and endgame armor) and a silly minipet anyway?

Boo frickin' hoo! It looks like the scythe she's carrying in the cut-scenes to me. (If my memory serves me correctly. But I'm old, so it may not be. Uhh... what are we talking about?)

EDIT::: Yes, it is the same one as in the cut-scenes. I just did the Jokunar Diggings mission, and sure enough, at the last cut scene - that's what she's holding. Now, if she were wielding the Scepter of Orr, then there'd be reason to criticize.

lol, i never whined for one it just doesn't make sense how someone who hates sunspears would promote their wepons besides my temple guardian will always be my one true love when it comes to mini pets

Isn't THAT scythe the same one she carries in the cinematic?

I don't know what you guys are complaining about, really.

I was under the impression that each time You see an NPC in Cinematics they had randomized Weapons.

they have random weapons in cutscenes (from a specific pool, of course - always sword,scythe... etc.)

I was under the impression that Varesh, in cutscenes, would be holding whichever scythe I'd seen last. For instance, whenever I changed Melonni's scythe, that was the one Varesh would be holding in the next cutscene. Haven't really bothered to test that theory though.

Personally it doesn't matter which one she's holding, so long as she can now stand up to all the mini Rurik's and Shiro's out there.

Although, a Nightmare scythe would be more fitting... or a Duskblade...

next major update: customizing your mini-pets just like your heros!

Dang, I was hoping Varesh would have the huge forehead with 6 eyes on it. Oh well, the scythe is a nice addition.
