Does lightbringer title affect minions?

I was just wondering, does the title affect minions? If someone has info on this pls share

Nope. It also doesn't affect damage caused by your skills due to the enemy, i.e. Spiteful Spirit and Empathy. I'm not too pleased about that myself.
