Where is Assassin Hero?

I've done a search here and other places, and I can't find where the assassin hero is. A Lil help please?

Zenmai can be recruited through the quest Gain Zenmai given by Imperial Guardsman Linro in Kaineng Center, near the Bejunkan Pier portal. You must have both Guild Wars Factions and Guild Wars Nightfall.
