help with my build?

I just started a paragon a couple days ago and its just lvl 13 and has no elite skills any tips would be greatly appreciated

Thats all i have come up with these past few days. im open to any suggestions or critisms.

That build seems pretty solid.

aren't there any things i could do toimprove it or is it just that good

Thats pretty good given what you have to work with in terms of skill trainers and no elites.
