Inscribable items in FoW and UW?

If you check in high-end sale forum, there's a thread in which the vendor puts on sale an inscribable stormbow, an inscribable orrish staff and an inscribable eternal shield.

Unless those skins are now commonly available in some areas of Elona, it seems that now even FoW or UW items can come with an inscription slot.

Can someone confirm this? And, to get those items, do you have to access FoW/UW from the Chantry of Secrets, or does this happen also if you enter from ToA or Zinju Sanctuary?

FoW/UW items are not inscribable; these items drop in the Realm of Torment.

Could they also possibly drop in the Nightfallen Garden?

Good question, but is the Nightfallen Garden accessible after you have beaten the game? I remember I was there for a quest, and actually I don't remember where the entrance of it was ...

They drop in the Domain of Fear, from the dryders and their friends.

The garden is not the same, after you beat the game, but it should drop the same items as the realm of torment.
